Urgently looking for a web novel

I read this a long time ago and am unable to find it as I can't remember the name.

So basically, the novel is a fantasy, hero/villain, academy troupe, where the MC is actually a villain with psychopathic tendencies.

The MC arrives at the hero academy possessing a relatively mid power something like a bio-electric field/manipulation inherited from his father of some repute among the hero association. He meets a girl ( possessing some manifestation ability to mythical snake) who is also secretly a villain and the daughter of a powerful underworld mafia lord and plays along with pretending to be her minion.

We later find out the Mc is a supreme villain whose villain persona name makes heroes and villains around the world tremble and has a super Op ability along the lines of life manipulation/biomancy/Gene manipulation. He got this ability from his abusive father, who was also secretly a villain, when he transfered the power to him at the cost of his life while making his death look like a result of a villain attack.

The Mc has great knowledge about biology and genes as it allows him to better understand and apply his ability. He can make clones of himself, copy/seal powers of people, read and control their minds manipulate genes bestow abilities and even improve basically the skys the limit. The more he understands something the more he can do. He has clones who are researching biology and genes of heroes around the clock in his lab.

The story later reveals that this ability is millennia old and allowed for the creation of life or something. The original wielder altered this ability to allow it to be transferred down his bloodline from father to son until such a time that the world was sufficiently developed and he could be reborn through the ability into his descendants body and then rule the world again.

If someone can find this novel or its name I would be very grateful.

Thank you
