Buying nso/games in other region

Hello together,

i have an europe nintendo account.

Can i just change the region to japan, buy some games and nso membership and change it back and use the membership and the games? (i know i have to buy yen gift cards)

Has anyone experience with switching regions multiple times?

Thanks in advance.
