I 500 lie angle adjustment

I recently purchased a set (4-pw) of ping i500 irons off Facebook marketplace. I am looking to get them bent about 2 degrees upright as my wrist to floor is pretty high and some of my misses are going way off to the right. I called a few places and they told me they wouldn’t bend them because they risk breaking. To what extent is this true? How should I proceed?
