at fault accident

hello,

i got into a very minor accident yesterday, i was at fault and hit them from behind, very low impact. there was no damage to the other car and the person didn’t want my information. my own car has some damage to the front, cosmetic only. i have accident forgiveness, but i’m not sure if i should use it. the deductible is $1000, rough estimate for repairs is $1600. i’m in ontario. looking for advice please. thank you.
