Ankylosaurus question.

I’m playing on Survivor Evolved Ragnorok. I’ve bumped up a lot of the server sliders including taming time because…well life. And I’ve been trying to tame an anky, I have the narcos, the mejo berries, but it still takes so long! I sat there for an hour the other night and it didn’t feed once. Bugged? Or am I missing something?
