Carrying a canoe on a Prius?

I'm looking at getting a Prius. One of the things that held me back was thinking it couldn't carry my canoe, but I see that is possible (with a roof rack). I'm looking at 2014, 15 and 16s and it appears that Toyota has a factory made rack for Prius.

Any thoughts on the Toyota rack versus Yakima or Thule?
