Frustrated with lack of progress

Advice: Seeking ❓

So, I've been lifting pretty consistently for a while. My phone told me this morning that I've been on a 14 week streak. During that time, I've been doing a MWF PPL schedule and have only missed two workouts that I can remember. I've also worked cycling into my plan, typically riding T,Th, and Sun. I'm working on increasing my distance and have ridden 50 miles this week (25/12.5/12.5). During this time I've also been very consistent in meal prepping and really watching my nutrition. I don't track my food every day since I typically eat the same thing every day, with some differences when it comes to dinner. Below is a breakdown of what I'm eating on a typical day. I'm not going to say I haven't had a cheat meal or two in there, but it is very infrequent.

1,903 calories

Carbs: 98g

Fat: 83g

Protein 198g

For meal prep, it's always some type of lean meat, a lot of ground chicken. I di eat carbs, but try to limit it to veggies, beans, or brown rice.

I'm sitting at about 280 and am 5'11" and despite all this effort, I have literally lost no weight. My consistently hovers between 278-280 most likely depending on hydration level etc. Occasionally I'll weigh in at 276ish and feel accomplished. But, jump on the scale the next day and see 280 again. In recent years I had some still undiagnosed health issues which caused me to lose a lot of muscle. So, I know I'm building that back now and that added muscle accounts for some of the lack of weight loss. I can also feel some parts of my body firming up. So, I know I'm making some progress. But, I've been taking pics every couple weeks and haven't noticed much of a difference visibly either. I'm going to keep going because I know it has to pay off eventually, but if I'm honest, I'm feeling a little defeated at the moment. Any insight as to why I'm not getting more noticable results would be great. I just turned 49 last month too. So, maybe it's an age thing.
