I really, really want to use pico 8

I love the PICO-8 so much. I have known about it for a while. I regularly play the education version and have tinkered with some game design. I have always loved game design and have wanted to try it, and the PICO-8 looked so perfect for me. I wanted to try it out on physical hardware, so I saved up for a while and finally got a Miyoo Mini Plus to play it on. What happened was I realized that the PICO-8 preinstalled on it was just a crappy emulator that doesn’t work for many games. I ended up spending all of my money on my handheld, and I can’t afford the license. I’m wondering if there’s anyone that could help me get one. Thank all of you so much, and this community is so great.
