3rd uti this year

I don’t know why but I keep getting uti’s this year. I haven’t had any before but in February I started getting one, drank a lot of water and it went away on its own then 2 weeks later I got the flu & my period at the same time then I got a horrible painful uti that needed antibiotics.. my symptoms then were almost like shooting pain up my bladder and uterus, pain in the urine hole 24/7, peeing all the time and I was just in pain honestly.
My period ended after I started antibiotics and came back again the next week..

Now the shooting pain is back, I’m peeing alot every hour, bladder or uterus pain 24/7? But not extremely painful like my last uti, no pain in the urine hole which is weird I think, and I don’t know if this has anything with the uti to do but I got my period a week earlier than I was supposed to.. it was short, very light and lasted 3 days 🙄

I’ve taken an at home uti test and it was positive but nothing serious & I’ve made a doctors appointment but I’m just looking for advice as I’ve been with my boyfriend since January, I clean up downstairs after intercourse, wash with the right soap and water, drink enough & a lot of water, wear loose underwear, keep my feet warm and I don’t hold my pee unless I really can’t go to the bathroom 😕.
Idk what’s going on but it’s annoying having to pee all the time and it hurting.
