How do I see if atlas earth is supported where I am?

I was sent away for work and it's for 3 months... I literally just bought the year pass for the challenge board at the start of the month too. But I can't watch ads right now, don't know if it's cause my wifi is shitty or if it's not supported where I live. It does show I get 3x boost though. I'd honestly watch ads for 0 boost just so I could get the challenges done... But I doubt atlas earth cares about us enough to allow that 💀 so it might have just been a waste of 30ish dollars for the first 3 months. Only collected the first 3 rewards
