Dental problems for months after hygienization please help
About six months ago, I had a dental hygiene session (which I hadn't done for a long time before) due to bleeding gums. My teeth were perfectly fine. After the hygiene session, my teeth became rough, food sticks to them much more, and they become even rougher throughout the day. Sometimes I feel a strong urge to brush my teeth during the day because it bothers me so much. Dentists have either told me it's normal right after a hygiene session(tho its still a problem) or that everything is fine. Sometimes they've polished my teeth, which has helped a little, but not significantly. My teeth are in worse condition than before :( Is there any way to "fix" this? There are white streaks around some of my gums that haven't been able to be cleaned for some time now... :( I can't clean them 100% with a soft toothbrush, which is even more annoying because I have sensitive teeth.
