On the Pro plan, will I be able to get anything done with Fable?

Thinking of getting on the Pro plan to have Fable review some of my projects. But I'm worried it's just going to cap out the usage before it can even do anything on a clean slate.

Has any Pro users been able to do anything with Fable, or is it a waste of time on the $20 plan?
