Dr Bahu is a series from the future! Incredible job done in showing how literate and educated women should be handling conflict, managing and negotiating in times of crisis!

While there are so many instances in Dr Bahu that justify this stance, this particular scene between Mina and Dr Amber breaks you to the core! Not only does it bring a new era of showing strong women characters in Pakistani entertainment industry but also show that even after being direct antagonists, only women can understand the pain of each other and its only the feminine energy that can bring comfort.

Here in this scene for instance, Mina is totally broken because of the actions of Dr Amber, but being a literate woman she does not lash out on her, she does not put blame on Amber entirely, because she knows her husband is more at fault than the girl.

Dr Amber on the other hand knows how hurt Mina is, so instead of coping with guilt by being rude and disrespectful and continuing the competition, she empathises with Mina, extending her support by holding her, totally understanding her feelings and pain, putting everything aside!

This is one of the most powerful scenes in the history of Pakistani television, though underrated!

Would be expecting a lot more characters like these, especially that ones where women can keep themselves together when they are being vulnerable!

Applause to Hajra Yamin and Mira for executing this masterpiece!
