Mostly babies?

Hi, so I'm at the beginning of my roach war, I've sprayed alpine twice and done some gel baits and got the sticky traps out as the sticky recommends.

I'm seeing mostly nymphs after 2 weeks. And far fewer adults. Is this a good sign or a bad sign?
