No nipples

So I had top surgery a little over 3 years ago. I’ve been so happy with the results since but one thing I’ve become very insecure about are my nipples. I’m not sure why, but I hate being shirtless because of my nipples. I’ve been thinking for awhile about getting them removed.
Is this something that’s possible or people have had done before? I worry if I get them removed the former nipple site will look odd and i’ll have a weird circle of skin where my nipples once were.
