Repaired Windshield for sale fails - What would you do

Want a car salesman’s perspective. Bought a used car from a dealership that had a smaller crack on the windshield repaired before buying it last December. That repair didnt hold and now it’s cracking from where it was attempted to be repaired. Any chance the dealership covers this when there isn’t any warranties involved?

I was under the impression they repaired this and it’s good to go, well it was not. A salesman says talk to service, service says talk to sales, then my salesman says talk to our third party glass guy.
