Has anyone heard of Talivon? Thinking about making the jump to independent

Been in agency recruiting for 6 years and honestly getting burned out on the split situation. I'm billing well but keeping such a small chunk of it that it's hard to stay motivated.

Stumbled across this platform called Talivon and it's got me seriously thinking. The pitch is basically: keep 90% of every placement fee, and they handle the stuff that usually stops people from going independent contracts, invoicing, a website/brand presence, Finacal risk on tools, even access to group health insurance rates.

The math of how much I bill vs how mkuch my agency keeps is kind of a gut punch, and honestly want a chance to make more for my family.

My hesitation is always the same things with going indie: "how do I handle contracts?", "what if a client ghosts an invoice?", "I can't afford all the tools on my own." This seems like it's specifically built to remove those excuses.

Has anyone actually used it or made the jump to independent through something like this? Is it legit? What am I not thinking about?
