Maybe Blizzard is SCARED to release WoD and Legion because they are simply better than retail?

Let me explain:
Warlords of Draenor ONLY ISSUE was that it got 0 updates. It was a super quick expansion that was STRETCHED OUT TO MAX. If they make WOD for 8-12 months MAX = it will be an expansion 10000 times better than current. Legion I do not even want to speak: pvp was great, pve was great, it was EPIC, it was difficult, it was also forgiving and really just a great expansion.

I think they are terrified - I think they know that no one will play god damn Retail (not as many people) when they release expansions that:
A. respect time - these are first expansions that ACTUALLY respected time of a person trying to level / gear alts.
B. Amount of content and how modern it is. MOP requires one billion grinds to be done to ACTUALLY start playing the game, but it is tough; retail requires less grinds but is actually tough - and legion is the same as retail but better!
C. I know we all here do not care for pvp. But it was good and easy to get into! (Wod maybe not so good but REALLY EASY to gear up and jump to arena! I am pretty sure also stupid “team rating” was gone)
D. Lore and atmosphere is so much better if you take WOD for a VERY short period of time, and then jump to Legion - it is epic, it is flashy, and I miss it every single day of my life.

I want you guys in the comments tell me do you agree? Maybe yes - blizzard is not “scared” per say, but are the things I listed true? Wod+legion will simply be a better retail. With better mechanics, quests, lore, balance, etc - but I ask for everyone to bring me back to reality - tell me what did I miss, forgot, etc.
