I got soft locked and i need help

i am using lydia as my character cuz shes my go-to, i am on the level "empty space" fighting the leviathan, as you know lydia loses money each every tick or so and once that money reaches $0, she starts to lose health each tick. i have the item "Cold heart" so every time i get damaged, the game freezes for a few seconds, INCLUDING CUTSCENES. i hve $23 and i dont know what to do. everytime i fight the leviathan, during a cutscene when i start to lose health and the game starts to freeze, i just get stuck on the cutscene as i slowly bleedout. please help, my inventory is really op so i dont have to worry about enemies. please help in anyway possible, i dont want to lose this run.
