Do I remove this tree?

This tree grew wild on our side of the fence, between ours and our neighbour's houses. It's about 5 years old. Apps tell me its an Emerald Ash. I hate to see it go, but what do Arborists recommend? I don't want it to start damaging either of our foundations.
