What to do after O levels?

Hello guys. Since O levels are finished, there's nothing really to do rn in this break except enjoy the break. But I heard from others smth as "Do foundations" or smth. I don't really know what foundations mean and what to do or not do. I live in bangladesh and completed cambridge o level through Academia school this 9th. So I'm looking forward to some explanations and advice please.
