In the new season is there any way to farm Psi Aeterna IV?

New player returning to the game I love, and after farming mint retrograde I was planning on moving on to the energy slot one but idk where to find it. I've been looking it up and searching through content but i think its just not attainable atm I'm assuming ill need ot wait a couple weeks for it to like rotate or something but if anyone knows for sure that would be great to know. Thanks 😄
