Lego hold times

I have some bricklink designer sets that are set to ship from February. My CC number changed because they get hacked from time to time. I tried to do the chatbot. Its down. I tried calling. They leave you on hold for 2 hours and then disconnect you. I tried Facebook messaging them. I actually got ahold of someone!!! They'll help right? Right? RIGHT? LOL, not a chance. Whomever answers Lego's FB stuff told me to just keep calling in and getting hung up on after 2 hrs again. That I'd eventually get through. So basically, because my CC got hacked and I can't actually get ahold of Lego to correct the problem. I'll probably be unable to actually buy the sets.

I've only ever had great experiences with Lego customer service. This is crazy though.
