Where can I take a stray cat for veterinary care? East side.

I have been building up trust with a stray cat in my condo garage in the last few months and she now allows me to pet her and pick her up. She has thick discharge coming from her eyes and I would like to take her in for care and to possibly find her a home.

Any suggestions for a vet or organization. that could help with this? I’m downtown but willing to drive within reason.
