Hi everyone,

I recently launched [**StumbUpon.com**](https://stumbupon.com?utm_source=chatgpt.com), a project inspired by the original StumbleUpon that many of us used years ago.

The idea is simple:

👉 Click a button and discover a website you probably would never have searched for yourself.

Instead of endlessly scrolling through the same social media feeds, StumbUpon helps people rediscover the weird, creative and fascinating side of the internet.

# What it does

* Discover random websites based on your interests
* Like or dislike sites to improve recommendations
* Save your favorite discoveries
* Explore categories such as:
   * Technology
   * Programming
   * Art
   * Photography
   * Literature
   * Curiosities
   * And more

Currently the catalog contains over 2,000 websites and continues to grow.

# Why I built it

The modern web often feels dominated by a handful of large platforms. Many amazing independent websites, blogs and personal projects remain invisible.

I wanted to recreate the feeling of internet exploration that existed in the early days of the web, where every click could lead to something unexpected.

# Looking for feedback

I'd love to hear your thoughts:

* Is the concept interesting?
* What categories would you like to see added?
* What features would make you use it regularly?
* Any bugs or UX issues you notice?

You can try it here:

Thanks for checking it out!
