Testicular Discomfort

30yo Male

Right now I am having huge discomfort in my right testicle, kind of like someone squeezing it maybe? It started last night again after I had a similar but lesser feeling last friday. It looks a bit swollen now tho, and is also fully horizontal. It's not at the point where I'd say it's pain, but it's getting close.

I should preface with that I have ongoing prostate issues and am currently on tamsulosin and dutasteride for two weeks now. This monday I was diagnosed with a UTI as well and am on amoxicillin.

I went for a scrotal ultrasound this morning which came back normal, the ball was a bit horizontal at that point but not nearly as far as it is now.

Has anyone else dealt with these feelings? Should I be worried? See the ER over it? I felt relief when the dr called and said it looked normal, but it didn't really answer much.
