Any tips of making so toxic even?

Hi! I got so toxic, during the royalty sale, but for the life of me I can’t get it to look even and it’s driving me crazy. Does anyone have any tips? I have tried 3 coats, still patchy. Smoothing base under still patchy. I love the color, but the crelly formula is awful! I really want to make it work! :) Thank you!!!
