We just launched IntakeFlow to stop chasing clients for files/IDs. Live after months of dev!
Hey fellow SaaS founders and builders,
We just hit the launch button on IntakeFlow.
If you run an agency or build client sites, you probably know the pain: chasing clients for text, IDs, logo files, and booking details via messy email threads or generic forms (which fail when uploading heavy files).
We built IntakeFlow to be a dedicated, multi-step document intake port and a collaborative inbox. Here is how it works:
Private/Hosted Link or Native Embed: Send a link or embed the portal.
Guided Intake Portal: Clients fill out fields, select booking slots, and upload documents.
Collaborative Team Inbox: Submissions land in a console where operators assign tasks, add private notes, and trigger webhooks.
The Tech Stack:
Backend: FastAPI + Python (celery for async webhooks/purges).
Frontend: React + Vite + Material UI (Joy UI) for the operator dashboard.
Form Engine: A headless JS runtime that hydrates server-rendered HTML.
Core SaaS Features We Added for Launch:
GDPR Compliant File Purging: Permanently delete sensitive client files (IDs, tax docs) from S3 storage with a click while keeping the submission metadata for audit compliance.
Capacity-Aware Booking: Multi-step booking slots with atomic checks to prevent double booking.
Webhook Delivery Logs: Async webhook processor with signatures (HMAC-SHA256) and a manual retry panel inside the console.
We are offering a 15-day free trial (no credit card required) to help agencies try it on real projects.

I'd love to hear your feedback on the UX, the concept, or answer any questions about the FastAPI/React architecture!
