Anyone had colectomy with IRA?

I'm mainly wondering how many bowel movements is typical a day. Can you sleep through the night? Can you go 2-3 hours without using the bathroom? I know it takes time for body to adjust, so I'm curious how much time it took some people. Im also curious how long people had ileostomy before their reversal. Can you work full time? Can you workout?

April 22nd I had colectomy with loop ileostomy. Supposed to have a reversal mid july (no jpouch, my small intestine has been connected to my rectum).
