Help with weaning

Hey everyone!

My 13 month old bundle of joy mama’s girl sleeps with us in bed, when I’m at home off work, I nap with her. The issue is I’m ready to wean, and she’s pretty much weaned except for when I get home and she’s sleeps. It’s time though, I’m so ready to do this, but I don’t know how. She associates sleep with booby. Does anyone have advice for helping her to transition to sleeping without needing the booby? She’s very insistent.

While I recognize some folks may not agree with me weaning at 13 months… I’m done. For personal reasons, I need my body back. I can’t handle it anymore and my mental health I’m hoping will also improve as well.
