Onion is a friendly, laidback group of adult gamers (mostly 25+) with busy lives outside of Jianghu who want to log in after our daily rituals to enjoy all the game has to offer.

By strange coincidence, many of us are recovering hardcore MMO gamers from different game franchises (Age of Wushu, FFXIV, New World \[Alpha\], Tera, SWG, WoW, et cetera) and have somehow coalesced in the same guild in Where Winds Meet.

We've seen it all, have done it all in other worlds, so we're now just here to enjoy each other's company without having to worry about being #1.

Sometimes we'll be off doing things on our own, like achievement hunting or simply letting the game sit in the background while we fix dinner or watch a show on another screen.

The guild is here so when you are ready to group up for something, you'll have a reliable group of people you can depend on to learn about the game and help you achieve your goals (instead of relying on randoms). Maybe your goal for the day is to simply talk to someone and bullshit--we'll be here for that too. Just make sure **our active times (7:00 PM and 1:00 AM EST**) align with your availability, so you aren't left to wonder where everyone is. Don't be afraid to ask for help. We all love to help each other out!

On Saturdays and Sundays, we like to let loose and engage in a couple rounds of GvG. We're not meta chasers or hardcore players, but we enjoy working together to achieve success. We have a core group of about 20-25 members who show up every weekend for guild wars, and we would love to have more to fill our ranks. If you just want to enjoy some GvG fun without being forced into specific roles, please reach out to us!

# Guild History

Onion was founded by a veteran group of four PvPers from Age of Wushu who used to shut down trash-talkers and defend the underdog.

We first got together over 10 years ago, so most of us are now 25+ and have real life responsibilities. This means we can't no-life in-game all day (although we'd love to), so we're recruiting like-minded players in similar positions:

* Age 25+
* Value independence
* Have real-life responsibilities (or not if you are fortunate enough!)
* Want consistent teammates when needed
* Want guild buffs without obligations

If this sounds like your kind of guild, apply in-game to:

**Onion (No. 10026085)**

or message/add me ingame:

**Deballed (1012252231)**

Feel free to also stop by our Discord (Members Only).
