What do you think of my apps work flow, does it look simple and frictionless to use?

Hello r/ProductivityApps

Here's a video of my application, demoing some core features

What do you think? Is it frictionless and simple enough enough? Does the UI looks good, and seems easy to get started with?

I will be working on a demo version of the app next week. But, I will really appreciate any feedback on the UI in the video.

Sorry about long and clumsy video, I kept getting into too much details even though I am just trying to show the flow. So, thank you so much for giving 7 minutes of your time :-)
