I made a free road trip planner with 884 ready-made itineraries across 97 countries
I spent the past year building OneRoadTrip, a free road trip planner. It started because I was tired of AI planners inventing impossible distances and hotels that don't exist.
What it does:
- 884 itineraries, human-reviewed, across 97 countries. Browse them or build your own from scratch.
- 6,000+ places and 17,000+ activities catalogued.
- Smart hotel placement: it works out where to stop overnight based on driving distance and what's worth seeing nearby.
- Lilia, an AI tool that turns any travel blog URL into a structured itinerary in a few minutes.
- A printable, agency-style travel booklet where you can paste your own booking confirmation emails.
- You can import your reservations and consult your trip offline.
Everything is free, no account needed to browse. It's a web app, no native mobile app.
