M21 Scalp itching and dandruff problem

Guy's I've been growing my hair since 5-6 months and I've been experiencing itchiness in my scalp and I don't get dandruff on my hair but when I scratch it , I noticed white flakes in my nails. I'm in Gr. noida atm can you guy suggest a shampoo which might help me with this issue?
