passed in gosforth!

hey! been lurking on here since the beginning of my journey of learning how to drive (november 2025, with months off in between as i was learning at uni not at home)

i did my test in gosforth at 1:45pm on the 9th of june first time with no minors - i’d done all my lessons in durham with zero experience in gosforth (closest test centre to my home), and i had about 32 hours in total!

just wanted to come on here and assure anyone who’s sitting their test in an area they’re unfamiliar with - you’ll be absolutely fine, there is nothing scary about it, just make an attempt to be more aware!!!

my examiner was also so lovely - he gave me a hand when i wasn’t sure of which left i had to turn into, and repeated his directions at one point so that i’d move lanes before reaching a roundabout. still passed with no minors :)

(also get a good nights sleep and have a good breakfast)
