All the catalyst for now did I forgot anything?

Discussion

Short term — next few weeks:
Electron launch June 17, Nasdaq-100 inclusion June 22 with mandatory passive buying from index funds.

Short-medium — July through August:
Equatys satellite bus contract announcement (Space42 CEO said “before summer”), Q2 earnings August 6 guiding $225–240M revenue, MTN contract award before October with Rocket Lab as near-sole-qualified bidder, and likely a major ATM acquisition announcement in the same window.

Medium — Q4 2026:
Neutron first launch — the single biggest re-rating event in company history. Success forces analysts to reprice the company from launch provider to space infrastructure prime, with meaningful multiple expansion.

Long — 2027 and beyond:
Neutron commercial revenue materializes, Equatys constellation build-out generates recurring bus manufacturing revenue, MTN operational with recurring service fees through 2035, Golden Dome/SBI production contracts if prototype phase succeeds, and potential BlackSky or similar acquisition unlocking owned-asset recurring revenue model that Spice explicitly said is the end goal.

Three of the four medium-term catalysts land within the same 6-week window around Q2 earnings — which is exactly the kind of catalyst compression that forces institutional re-rating rather than gradual repricing.
