Pressure settings

I have an Airsense10 which was set so that I could not make pressure settings myself. Thanks to this community, I learned to access the clinical menu, enabling me to make changes, or so I thought.

Doctor had the pressure settings at 5-13. I changed the lower setting to 7. Now, when I startup, the screen shows a range of 5-13, as I set it, but the machine actually overrides my new setting and starts at 5 instead of 7.

Can anyone explain this and advise, please?
