272-QP X50 incorrect resolution

Had this mag 272-QP X50 for around 8 months and all of a sudden it's cut off probably 20 pixels on the left, 15 on the top, and 5 on the right and bottom. Wtf?

Windows and applications are fit to the screen and everything shows 2560x1440, but it's obviously not using the correct resolution. The pixels cut off on the right also come and go so I'm wondering if the pixel shift cooked itself

5090 on latest drivers, tried multiple display cables/outputs/resolutions, display is on the correct driver as well. Trying to update firmware atm. My other monitors are also running at the correct resolution/screen fit
