Summer Camp Invisaligning
I'm going to be a counselor at an outdoor summer camp and I'm really struggling with figuring out how I'm going to eat.
Taking out my trays is no problem, it's the 'brush your teeth and put them back in' that's stressing me out. I won't have access to a bathroom and the camp prohibits adults from being alone with the kids, so I can't leave my co-counselor alone with the group to go brush. I really don't want to spit out my toothpaste spit in front of my group.
I'm not certain how to go about any of it, but it's going to be rough skipping meals. I know it's not recommended to just swish with water and put the trays back in - but surely it would be fine for the 2-3 hours it would take to go from lunchtime to a chance for me to actually brush?
Has anyone else had to deal with this?
