Why is Deflect Shield also on 1KD?

One of the first things you should be taught in Fighting Games is to hold back where possible.

A lot of characters use 2K 2D for punishes, as part of combos, etc.

I spend 50 Burst for the PLEASURE of dropping my GAME WINNING combo and my opponent KILLING ME after the most obvious drop imaginable.
