Really like this guy but there’s some intimacy issues

Been seeing this guy for about 4 months now and I really like him. He’s so sweet and caring and cute and I’d like to keep it going…but when in comes to physical intimacy there are some issues. People I’ve been with in the past have high endurance and can go several rounds. They’ve also been quite confident in the bedroom and know what to do. The guy I’m seeing now doesn’t have those qualities really and I end up feeling slightly dissatisfied. I’ve given him tips and told him what I like but idk if this can even be fixed because the main issue is the endurance. It’s early days but I feel like eventually I’m gna start craving intimacy like my previous experiences. Idk what to do, can anyone help?
