CAS core language class

hi, I'm deciding on what language to take for my cas language requirements and would like some knowledge about the professors and how difficult the classes are. I'm currently considering Italian, French, Portuguese and maybe Spanish. I do have 3 yrs of "experience" with Spanish but I didn't learn much because my school's language department was pretty bad, and on top of that I do want to try something else.

I haven't seen too much online abt the other three and would appreciate any info!
