Stomach cramps for 5 days
34F, 5'1", 115lbs, IBS-C, taking Trulance, multiple doses of Miralax, and vitamin D supplement. Don't smoke, drink, or take any drugs. Primary complaint: stomach cramps. Duration: 5 days.
To start, I have IBS-C and I have to take multiple doses of Miralax and Trulance on top of that to be able to go at all. Without them, I do not go. This is important. I usually do not have cramping like this with my IBS-C. I don't know if this is relevant at all, but before this started my stomach had felt kinda bloated and upset, so I took the max dose of Milk of Magnesia (which is usually easy on my stomach) on Sunday because I thought I might still be a bit constipated due to my medicine not working as well as usual lately. Everything was alright and the MOM worked as expected. Then Monday the stomach cramps started and they've been ongoing since then, all day everyday. I haven't eaten anything weird or that I think could cause this, except I've been drinking a large Mcdonald's orange day every day for a week or so. Yesterday I finally realized that it may be the orange juice triggering the cramping, so I've stopped drinking it for two days now and the cramps are still happening. I've noticed that the cramps ramp up whenever I drink anything, but oddly eating doesn't. It's also important to mention that for the first few days of this, I was able to poop without taking any kind of medicine! And it was solid (I don't usually poop solid due to my medicine)! But for the last couple days, I'm back to not pooping at all again because I haven't been taking my medicine, even though I'm still having cramps. I also don't have air conditioning, so I've been in a house where it's in the mid to upper 80's every day, but I'm not sure the heat could relevant or not. I don't have any other symptoms, just the cramping, so I'm unsure what could be going on.
