Vibrating while wheel turned in parking garage

My work moved offices and I now park in a parking garage every time I go in. I usually park on the incline and I noticed that when I back out, turn the wheel to the left, and then start moving forward with the wheel turned, the car vibrates pretty significantly. Has anyone had this issue or know what might be causing it? Is it normal?

Side note: I bought this 2024 PHEV used in February with like 17k miles and I’ve already taken it in 3 times for rattling noises in the dash (which are now back), AC not working (which the dealer could not find an issue with but still happened after I got the car back), and I got the hybrid system malfunction earlier this week and they replaced the sub battery. It’s been really frustrating.
