quick trip to UK on september, help buying hardware?

so, I'll be on brighton for around 3 weeks in september, and I really need to buy the controller, and possibly the steam frame/machine too!

since I'm from brazil, there's not an option to buy it here directly from valve, how would I go about buying those, considering I'll need it delivered in this time frame, and I'll not know the adress I'll be staying there for those days until I get there (host family, international exchange student)
