How do I know if a save file has all the current Shadow Crystal

I thought i had both Weird route and Pacifist Route ready for chapter 5, but when I check my Pacifist route file, I dont seem to have the BlackShard weapon. From what I remember, the Black Shard is gained along with the shadow crystal from beating the Roaring Knight, so does that mean my Pacifist file isn't ready and I have to redo some of it?
