So has the Pursuer lore updates again... or not yet?

So i heard they changed Pursuers lore turning him to despicably stupid and decided they would change it again... has the new lore dropped yet, or am i tweaking?

Also in my opinion I like the idea he's about stupid, but making him now unable to play the harmonica and just act like a feral animal is diabolical, i hope they DO change it.
