I got a problem with my Meta Quest 2 😭

So, i appears that my vr updated, but, now when i turn it on, it's all laggy, the screen goes black all of a sudden, everything streches, the controllers get off and on and idk what to do. I already try the reset with the power button + volume down but it's still the same
