Anybody know what the colors mean in Diplomatic View?

I already know that red means the selected country is in a war with another country, purple means there is a puppet state, blue means there are allies of the selected nation, dark green is the selected nation, and light green is rightfully owned territory (dark orange for nations who have territory clamed by other nations).
Anyone know what the light orange is?
(I've been running a scenario for over 12k+ in-game years)
