[Discussion] Recent Lag Since Last Update

Hey folks - since this most recent patch I've been having intermittent lag both in raid and in the menu (rubber-banding, freezing during item movement, etc). My friend I play with has had the same. Anyone else experiencing this and have a solution? I'm wondering if its just PVE based?
